Exchange & Refund Policy

At Teebuy Clothing, we value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and transparent exchange process. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit, and we are happy to help you with an exchange.

Steps for Exchange

1. Return Shipping

Customers are required to courier the product back to us from their end. Please make sure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

2. Parcel Confirmation

Once we receive your returned parcel, our team will carefully inspect it. We will then notify you through WhatsApp/Email confirming the receipt of the parcel.

3. Product Selection

After confirmation, you can choose any available product(s) for exchange. The value of the exchange will be equal to the value of the original purchase. If you select a product of higher value, you can pay the difference.

4. Reshipping Charges

Shipping charges for sending the exchanged product(s) back to you will be borne by the customer. We will share the exact shipping cost before dispatching the new product(s).

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags/packaging intact.
  • We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
